Open to all and all abilities are welcome. This is non competitive and the idea is that you work towards your own edge. The style is vinyasa so it incorporates the cardiovascular stretching, strength and balance postures. I like to advise on physiology and the biomechanics of the human body. I also like to keep it interesting and imaginative so I play music and use visualisations.
I run extra classes and workshops on a demand basis.
